Delivery Dita Health delivers to most countries world wide. Normally we ship with the postal service in neutral packaging within 2 working days of receiving your order. In case of any delays we will contact you asap. Shipping costs Literature can be downloaded free of charge. For the actual shipping cost of your order, please see the basket or our shipping calculator. VAT Value Added Tax is shown separately on the order form and on the invoice and stated as 0% for deliveries outside the EU. However, some non EU may charge import duty upon delivery. Right of Return According to German law you are allowed to return your goods within 14 days of receipt at our cost and risk, when ordering privately and not commercially (e.g. as a wholesaler). We would be most grateful if you send the package by registered post to ensure that it arrives safely and undamaged. Consequences of return In the event of an effective return any benefits received or achieved by use of the goods are to be returned by both sides. Compensation can be demanded if there is any deterioration of the goods, though this does not apply if the deterioration can be directly attributed to their examination which would possibly have been made in the shop.
