Upgrade from LadyComp to BabyComp
If you decide to buy a LadyComp first and want to become pregnant later, your computer can be upgraded with the BabyComp programme.

Cycle printout and alaysis
Normally, your Lady- or BabyComp adjusts to your individual cycle within the first 3 months.
Should you unexpectedly have a lot of "red days", please get in touch with us. We will be happy to do a cycle printout in order to try and find the reason for this. Of course, we can also do a printout with expert analysis at a later date.

Spare parts and accessories
Your LadyComp or BabyComp is delivered with all accessories needed for immediate use. Use our shop assistant for easy ordering.

Spare parts and mains supplies for use abroad can be ordered at a later date from our shop.

Comprehensive consultation.
We will gladly give further advice over the phone.

Quality Assurance
We do not rely on spot testing for quality assurance but check each individual device before it leaves production. This ensures that only fully intact devices are sold.

Maintenance
BabyComp and LadyComp are strictly maintenance free.

Cleaning
Use a damp cloth with a little washing up liquid to clean the casing and sensor. Please avoid using strong cleaning products.

We recommend pure alcohol to disinfect the sensor.

Never put the device or the sensor in water.

Repair
Should your device, against all expectations, not function properly our Service Team will be happy to help you. It would be helpful if you called or sent an email before sending the device in. A lot of problems can be solved this way.

Operating Instructions
You can order the operating instructions from our shop or download them free of charge.
