That is why we carried out a customer survey in January 2002 - to find out what you think about LadyComp and BabyComp. The result was very positive.

Satisfaction
Those couples who share the responsibility for natural family planning were those most satisfied.

Reasons for buying
The most prevalent reasons for buying were: tired of the Pill, the Pearl-Index of 0.7 and recommendations from friends.

The reasons for saying "I would buy the device again" were for 91%, the unfulfilled desire for a child, the good price/performance ratio and the high safety level.

A total of 73% would buy the computer again.

Users

69% are 25-35 years old.

44% have no children.

35% have 1-2 children.

78% are in a stable relationship.

Reliability

87% praise the reliability and simple operation.

91% were able to identify their fertile days better with Baby-Comp and Lady-Comp.

59% were able to put an end to unwanted childlessness.

Dissatisfaction
A turbulent nightlife, continually being on "stand-by" and lack of support were common reasons for dissatisfied customers.

Often, a very irregular cycle, or lack of ovulation was brought to light by using BabyComp and LadyComp.

And last but not least, the subconscious desire for a child made some users colour blind.
